Hisham Jabi has more than 30 years of experience in managing digital transformation and entrepreneurship in the MENA region and globally. He founded MABCO, one of the largest IT firms in the Middle East and the Palestinian Information Technology Association “PITA”. He also founded Juzoor, an NGO in Californian that aimed at providing youth in the Middle East with access to capital and entrepreneurship training. He designed and directed Ruwwad program, one of the largest USAID funded programs in the Middle East to provide youth with entrepreneurship training and employability skills.

Hisham brings unique leadership perspective combining the academic field, an evidence-based programing, private IT sector knowledge and deep understanding of international development and public private partnerships. He designed and implemented large and complex youth entrepreneurship programs globally with emphasis on strengthening the IT ecosystems and automation in the labor market and scalability.  He is working currently as a senior advisor for multinational donors including the World Bank, the ILO, UNOPS, and the USAID. Hisham is also a senior education and workforce expert with a track record of managing complex donors’ projects with emphasis on change management, strategic partnerships, grants management, community and youth development, institutional performance enhancement, monitoring & evaluation, and learning (MEL), digital transformation, youth employment and entrepreneurship. Seasoned USAID Chief of Party with experience working in complex conflict and post-conflict settings. Designed and implemented youth employment, digital transformation, education, workforce, and community-development programs globally. Was a President Clinton Scholar and received an MBA and a master’s degree in information Technology with emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and knowledge management from Drucker School of Management and Claremont Graduate University in California.
